kodi-addons-dev software package provides Open Source Home Theatre (Addons Dev package), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install kodi-addons-dev
kodi-addons-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the kodi-addons-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kodi-addons-dev *
You will get with kodi-addons-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
